2. Return conditions
2.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, guided by Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
2.2. Return is possible only if the presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, as well as all factory labels, tags and components are preserved.
2.3. Before sending a return, the Buyer is obliged to fill out the return request form at the link: t.me/centerofhelp and receive confirmation from the Seller. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.
2.4. All returns are accepted exclusively through the CDEK service to the specified return address. Shipments issued by other means (including the Russian Post), as well as returns with cash on delivery, are not accepted. The costs of returning goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
2.5. The return is considered accepted only after the actual receipt of the goods by the Seller and its inspection. The Seller notifies the Buyer of the results of the inspection and acceptance or refusal of return.
2.6. Some types of goods are not subject to return in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 №2463:
• Newspapers, magazines.
• Intimate or sanitary goods (underwear).
• White shirts.
• Gift cards.
• Software products available for download.
• Decorations and products created to order.
3. Pre-order and individual tailoring
3.1. Goods with an estimated shipping period of more than 4 weeks are considered to be manufactured by individual order, which excludes the possibility of return in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
3.2. Some items on the Site are available only by pre-order. This means that their production is launched exclusively for a specific order of the Buyer - taking into account the selected model, size, color and other parameters specified during registration.
3.3. By making a pre-order and making payment, the Buyer confirms that he is aware that such goods are manufactured specifically for him, and agrees to consider it equivalent to individual tailoring within the meaning of paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
3.4. Accordingly, pre-ordered goods are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of identified production defects.
4. Jewelry
4.1. Jewelry is not subject to return or exchange in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 №2463.
4.2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the delivery time of jewelry varies from 1 to 3 weeks.

7. Final provisions

2. Условия возврата

2.4. Все возвраты принимаются исключительно через службу доставки CDEK по указанному адресу возврата. Отправления, оформленные иными способами (включая Почту России), а также возвраты с наложенным платежом, не принимаются. Расходы по возврату товара надлежащего качества несет Покупатель.
2.5. Возврат считается принятым только после фактического получения товара Продавцом и его осмотра. Продавец уведомляет Покупателя о результатах осмотра и принятии или отказе в возврате.
2.6. Некоторые виды товаров не подлежат возврату в соответствии с пунктом 6 Постановления Правительства РФ от 31.12.2020 №2463:
• Газеты, журналы.
• Товары интимного или санитарного назначения (нижнее белье).
• Белые рубашки.
• Подарочные карты.
• Программные продукты, доступные для скачивания.
• Украшения и изделия, созданные на заказ.
3. Предзаказ и индивидуальный пошив
3.1. Товары с предполагаемым сроком отправки более 4 недель считаются изготовленными по индивидуальному заказу, что исключает возможность возврата согласно пункту 4 статьи 26.1 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей».
3.2. Некоторые позиции на Сайте доступны только по предзаказу. Это означает, что их производство запускается исключительно под конкретный заказ Покупателя — с учётом выбранной модели, размера, цвета и других параметров, указанных при оформлении.
3.3. Оформляя предзаказ и производя оплату, Покупатель подтверждает, что осведомлен о том, что такой товар изготавливается специально под него, и соглашается считать его эквивалентом индивидуального пошива в смысле пункта 4 статьи 26.1 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей».
3.4. Соответственно, предзаказные товары не подлежат возврату или обмену, за исключением случаев выявленного производственного брака.
4. Украшения
